Students are supplied with a workbook for each course. These workbooks contain a short introduction and up to twelve chapters or themes.
Students must complete a number of exercises and some self-assessment questions and exercises. You should ensure that you understand each chapter before moving on to the next. Electronic copies (in HTML format) of the workbooks are accessible in NTU’s EdvenNTUre.
In principle each course is accompanied by a prescribed textbook which comes with the Student’s Pack when he matriculates. This does not normally cover all aspects of the module but rather the concepts, issues, methods and teachings covered in the course through directed reading (page numbers in the textbook given in the workbook). The student will be expected to have read and understood the theme readings before sitting for the examination at the end of the course.
