Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM), JOEL 7600F

The FESEM with ultrahigh resolution and outstanding low kV/low vacuum performance for surface details imaging and nano-analysis of structures.

Powder X-ray Diffractometer (XRD), PANalytical Empyrean

The XRD is designed for obtaining high quality crystal diffraction data, combined with ease of use and flexibility to different applications. XRD is widely used in many universities and research institutions for materials investigation and characterization.

Nano Indentor, Agilent G200

The G200 Nano Indenter is one of the most accurate, flexible and user-friendly instrument for nanoscale mechanical testing. It's enables to measure Young's modulus, nano-hardness, surface deformation in compliance with ISO 14577 standard.

Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), TA Q200

The Q200 DSC is an important equipment to determine thermal transition properties of polymers and light metals. Its possible to observe fusion and crystallization events, such as glass transition (Tg), recrystallization, melting temperatures and heat flow energy.

Application Features:

  • Determination of Glass transition and melting temperatures.
  • Study of Liquid crystals.
  • Oxidative stability or phase transformation point
  • Exothermic or endothermic reactions
